Working Mom Dilemma #3

It’s nearly 15 minutes to go for … our weekend! Weeee! *star jump* Thursday is the most awaited day for me as a full time working mom. You would understand this if you are a working mom who has to leave your children to a caretaker / maid / nursery / playschool.

Both of my daughters are now been to a new transit – a private school. Both of them seem very happy for these two days. I am more grateful if this change will make them happier. This private school caters for only closed friends’ children, so most of us know each other’s children. It provides for lunch, iqra’, fardhu ain, tea break, solat berjemaah (and emphasize on bacaan dalam solat), sunnah & hadis, activities and they do help with the kid’s homework. What makes me happy is that since it is a private school, they do not take more than 15 children. As a mom, we always want the best for our kids and pray that they will always be in safe hands.

So next week, our firstborn will sit for her final exam. All the best, to my Lil Darling K!

I’m going nowhere with today’s post but I feel like writing something here. Lately I discovered that I’m being a bit clumsy here and there. Like today, I almost hit a car in front me while waiting for the traffic lights; I spilled some water on the table few days back during our dinner; made a simple mistake when I booked online flight tickets (thank God for the prompt response from MAS! Their customer service is the best – they replied to my email within a few minutes after I emailed my inquiry on the mistake), made a silly mistake on some documentation for my legal work which caused me to redo the things (unnecessary work! Haish!), dropped my phone on the floor which caused the glass screen protector cracked and a few more that I can’t even remember. Oh Emm Gee, what’s wrong with me? I think I need a break. Or a holiday. Or a staycation. Or anything else other than having a normal routine. Teheee! The best overcome to my clumsiness. Yeah, right!

GTG.

See you again.

My Lil Darlings who always have a special spot in my heart :D

A Quick Updates After 3 Months

It has been 3 months since I last posted something in here and I still did not finish my updates on my travelogue: SYDNEY – QUEESNTOWN (cries!).

The truth is – my assistance was on maternity leave and a few new projects / portfolios were coming in, so I had to handle eeeveryythinggg (cries a river!) from A – Z; from I don’t know nothing to I master everything. Tehee. Because sometimes, we just passed to our assistance(s) to check on this or that and get back to us and please finish this and that by using our sample and copy this or that. So thank God, banyak yang saya pelajari in the last 3 months.

And even though my assistance was on leave, I got 1 chambering student and 3 practical students to help me out. They were very good and so dedicated in helping me with my so called never ending work. (Hmmmphh)

The kids are growing up very fast. Too much updates on them. Khayra got number one in her mid-term exam (it was my best birthday present ever as we got to know the result one day before I was turning a year older and I cried when I saw her online result because I couldn't believe it myself) and ranked number one in her batch. We never expected on this sebab memang tahu she improves a lot from her previous test, Alhamdulillah, syukur Ya Allah. She claimed her present from ToysRUs after I promised that she can get ANYTHING - yes, no limitation on prices as we always do that (price screening :P) if they wanted to buy toys (I’d swear it was only a joke!) if she gets good results (read: number one) in her exam. Lesson learnt - never underestimate your child / children and don’t simply promise anything in the first place. Bahahaha! Hafiya could read a simple word / sentence / iqra and she is very talkative nowadays. Alhamdulillah.

Will continue soon, insyaAllah.

Have a good day!

KH School Holidays Activity

At the end of the school week last November, we were quite nervous on what should the kids do during the entire 6 weeks of school break. Could not imagine on how my morning routine look alike in the next few days when the school will resume again – that is to say; I need to prepare both girls for their respective school as early as 6am (to wake them up and get ready for school) with their bekal ready. Fuh, I’d better be ready by now now now *mentally prepared*

So during this entire school break, we managed to get the girls to join several activities and holiday camps and thank God, they were very happy and enjoyed themselves.

First week (22nd – 26th November)

Enrolled Khayra (6y4m) for 5 days camp from 9am – 5pm at AIM Excellent (Arab / English / Maths). In this camp they focused more on musical theatre in English, subjects in Arabic and Maths, storytelling, one session on Junior Master Chef and motivation. They performed Solat Dhuha, Solat Zuhur and Solat Asar together every day.

Fees: RM100 including breakfast, lunch and tea break, stationery, gifts.

This is Khayra with her certificate and her group won 1st place for the theater at AIM Excellent.

Second week (29th November – 3rd December)

Cousins bonding week when their cousins from JB came back and stayed for a few days without their parents. Their first time away from parents and I had the chance to take care of F-O-U-R children at one time. Phewww. Haha.

Weekend of Second week (4th December – 5th December)

Was forced by my mom to join her grandfather’s family reunion. Nevertheless we had so much fun during the family day and brought back a few gifts. Celebrating their Wan’s (my MIL) birthday – breakfast at Hotel Seri Malaysia KT and having dinner at Duyong Marina & Resort (formerly known as Ri-yaz Heritage Marina Resort & Spa).

Third week (6th December – 9th December)

Enrolled Khayra for 4 days holiday camp at Mary Land with the theme: “Pets”

Activities:
ü  Introduction on types of animals
ü  Story telling on their handmade project (Paper Plate Photo Frame)
ü  Games, singing and dancing about pets song
ü  Project: Squishy Pillow (Khayra chose to made Bunny Squishy Pillow)
ü  Baking pet shape cookies
ü  Educational visit to MBK Pet Shop (field trip)

Fees: RM180 including meal break and materials (from 8.30am – 12.30noon)

Educational visit to MBK Pet Shop and they brought back 3 Gapi fishes, mini aquarium and fish food. They also had the chance to touch yellow snake, sugar glider, rabbits etc. So fun!

Khayra always looking forward to join any holiday camp under Mary Land and had participated in several camps before since she was 4yo+.

Fourth week (13th December – 16th December)

Enrolled both Khayra and Hafiya for 4 days holiday camp at Mary Land with the theme: “Friends Forever”.

Actually the camp was for children 4yo and above but I personally requested to enroll Hafiya (3y2m) to join as well, as she begged us to join the camp. Hafiya heard so much fun stories from her sister, and every morning before sending out Khayra to Mary Land, she keep asking me whether she could join Khayra as well. Since that week camp was not being fully booked (up to 25 kids only per session), Hafiya was accepted to join Khayra, and we were so so so happy for her!

Activities:

ü Introduction on who friends are, where can make friends and why we have friends
ü Story telling on their handmade project (Brown Paper Bag Photo Album)
ü Games, singing and dancing “Hop Pop Stop”
ü Project: Handmade soap (Both Khayra and Hafiya chose to make Hello Kitty soap)
ü Baking: Buns, 3D Topping Cupcakes and sponge cake with fruits toppings
ü Field trip to post office to send out their handmade postcards to their best friends

(Note: They wrote Rania and Sophia names on the postcards and both received the postcards a day after by surprise! Rania and Sophia’s mum Whatsapp me of their surprised reaction when they received the postcards from Mr. Postman. So fun! On a different note: Parents of the campers need to provide the actual address of their friends to the teacher)

Fees: RM180 including meal break and materials (from 8.30am – 12.30noon)

Didn’t realize that Hafiya could concentrate very well in a baking class – her favourite! Glad that she enjoyed the camp as well. My baby is growing up fast. Tsk.

Hafiya Reads: Warna

Videos were taken a few days before Hafiya turned 3 years old. I was using the small cute erasers that also be used for her fine motor skills. Still pelat here and there but don't you think she's cute? Hehe :P

Part 1 (Blue, Pink, Green)

Part 2 (Purple, Blue)

Part 3 (Red, Orange, Yellow)

Hafiya also knows Black, White, Brown (not in the video). Currently she can recite Al-Fatihah, An-Naas, Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq and doa makan serta terjemahannya. Yeah, still with her pelat languages! Hehe. Nevertheless, Alhamdulillah. Moga Allah terus bukakan pintu hati anak-anak kita menerima ilmu Allah. Amin.

K's Qualifying Exam

“A mother thinks about her children day and night even if they are not with her and will love them in a way they will never understand” – Anonymous

My firstborn will enter a primary school in about less than a month time. Can’t you believe that?! I keep telling myself where did the time go when we have so much fun together? Too fast that I even couldn’t believe it myself. Tsk.

So we went to register secure a place for our firstborn in March, 2013 (a requirement to register for a primary school during 5yo). Upon we receipt the small piece of paper that confirming our interest to place our daughter in the said school, we just ignored it ….

Up until we received a call from the school saying that our daughter had to sit for a qualifying exam in August, 2015. At that point of time, my friends and I texting and calling each other and we tried to search high and low on the example of the test for 6-year-old kids look alike. *panic moms mode activated* Some of us just relied on what they had studied in their kindy (of course there will not be on any extraordinary questions on politics, currency or recent economic issues yada yada yada).

My firstborn during the registration day for the exam.

The test was held on 08.08.2015 (Saturday), 9.00am at the school’s hall after 5 days we were being informed by the school.

We had to bring the kid’s Mykid and went for registration and a set of test paper (they compiled as a book) will be handed over and from there, the kids will be transported to the hall straightaway to answer the question all by themselves. While waiting for the test, we waited for Khayra at the school canteen together with other parents. Then I received a call from my friend, Elli – informing that we can watch the kids answering the question from afar at their respective classes as there was no electricity in the hall that day and they had to move the kids to the classrooms to sit for the test.

As eager as I was, I went to search for my firstborn and there she was – at the front row of the class. It caught my attention when I saw a few other kids were crying inside the class – maybe panic or they didn’t know how to answer the test. So sad that I feel like going there and help them. I keep praying for my first born, hoping that she will not be affected by the loud and panic reactions of the crying kids. After a few minutes, I can see that my firstborn raised up her hand when I taught she will be asking question regarding the test (they were allowed to do that), but to my surprised, she was submitting her test paper! I prayed that she will not missed anything blank in there. Hehe. When she saw me outside, she just smiled and called me, “Ibu!” We went straight to the canteen to meet her abah and when I asked her about the exam, she just said that she answered all questions and had double checked on her answers.

At the canteen, I heard that there was an essay question and I freaked out whether a 6-year-old kid can write a simple essay or simple sentence by himself / herself without any teacher’s assistance? I taught it was too much for a 6-year-old kid (there was none during my time, so it was hard to accept this fact, hehe). But I heard in JB the exam also covered subjects in Jawi as well as Science, but in KT they only covered BM, BI and Maths. *wipe sweat at forehead*

We went for breakfast later and our firstborn said she just wrote a simple line for the essay. *phewww* We taught it was good enough compared to left it blank. Haha.

So the result was out 2 weeks after and Alhamdulillah, our firstborn secured a place in that school.

In just a few days left, she will be all grown up and facing a new environment in primary school and it hits me that this is just too fast. Too fast. Sigh.

Activities For Kids (8)

We love books and it is no doubt that kami adalah the book hoarder! Haha. Kalau gi BBW tu memang rasa bahagia semacam bila dapat beli buku murah :P

I noticed that both of my lil girls also love books as much as we do. Ini antara koleksi buku-buku Dora yang both Khayra and Hafiya sayang sangat. I love the Ready – To – Read book series tu, sebab kreatif juga penyampaian dia untuk kanak-kanak membaca. So far memang semua hasil belian kat BBW. Kalau jumpa series ni, memang wajib beli. Hafiya tiap-tiap hari ambil buku ni nak baca.

Aktiviti seterusnya is Alphabet books for Khayra. Balik school, dia kena tulis huruf and it stands for what and kena lukis dan colour. So ibu dia atau abah dia kena jadi teacher, kena tanda buku tersebut. Haha. We keep on monitoring her handwriting, so kalau tulis cantik akan dapat star. To make it more fun, I bought several patterns of Reward Stickers and Reward Stamp for them. So bila diorang buat activity books, bila dapat Reward Sticker, happy sangat budak-budak kecik tu. Ni sebagai umpan juga supaya dia buat kerja sunguh-sungguh – psychology :P

No doubt that this mom a.k.a teacher at home also a sticker hoarder :P
(memang hobi dari kecil suka kumpul sticker. LOL)

Ibu pun ada buat aktiviti ni masa sekolah rendah, ukir kat potatos and chop chop chop. Masa dalam gambar ni, Khayra was about 3yo+ sebab adik Hafiya kecil lagi to join. Masa ni juga kita ajar about shapes, so I ukir potato tu bentuk triangle, rectangle, square etc.

Ini koleksi peribadi Khayra yang paling dia sayang – figurine Princesses, Elsa and Anna, Sofia The First and comes with two clip on dresses. Memang kusyuk kalau dia main ni. Now Hafiya pun join sama dah main sekali dengan castle yang Pak Long diorang bagi for birthday present :D

Ini aktiviti baking dengan Khayra – buat chocolate cupcakes. Suka sangat dia bila dapat decorate cupcakes sendiri.

Sekian sahaja untuk laporan bergambar kali ini :D

Admitted: Kay Tee Ess

Khayra has been admitted in Kay Tee Ess (K*TS) on 25.08.2015 until 27.08.2015. It all started on Monday - after attending her music class, I noticed Khayra batuk. She slept as usual at 9pm; my daughters' usual time to sleep during weekdays. At 12am she woke up and cried sebab katanya tak selesa nak tidur. I put on some vicks and she went back to sleep again. At 2am she woke up again, feeling discomfort and we decided to bring her to Intan straightaway. She went to Intan with hubs and I stayed at home with Hafiya sebab Hafiya tidur and hujan renyai. We thought it would be hassle if angkut semua pergi. Hubs WA and told me that Doctor kata just batuk kahak and gave her a round of nebulizer. At this point, we were informed that her lungs and everything was clear. Alhamdulillah. Back from Intan, she slept soundly but at 4am she woke up and cry; feeling discomfort again. I tried the stim wap technique (air panas + a few drops of minyak herba bayi Amway) and alhamdulillah she was getting better - no more chesty cough at that moment (she threw up twice and felt better so she could sleep well after that).

We decided not to send her to school that day and she stayed with my mom as I cannot take leave (appointments, advise to release yada yada yada). I went to send Hafiya to school and decided to go to Khayra's primary school for next year as we need to confirm on the acceptance as soon as possible.

At 9.30am, I received a call from my mom and she told me that Khayra was feeling uncomfortable, her coughing was bad and she was crying. Hubs was having stand down for his trial and we texted each other and decided to bring Khayra to Kay Tee Ess. I went to office for half an hour to reschedule my appointments and to pass a few tasks to my staffs. My mom and my younger brother brought Khayra to Kay Tee Ess and we met there.

We met the Pediatrician, Dr. M*ohammad S*alehuddin and after checking up on Khayra's condition and listening to my story, he seemed not happy. He brought us to initiate the nebulizer and in the midst of it, he said that he wanted to run a few tests, to do the x-ray, blood test and to admit Khayra straightaway. I macam redha je at that point of time so we went for registration and they gave us a single ward at Level 3.

Day 1

Nebulizer was initiated every 1 hour for the first 3 hours followed by every 2 hour until day 2. Magnesium was given in the evening together with Singulair 4mg. PCM suppository was inserted as she was having fever at 10.30am (38.4°C). Drip injection at 2.00pm inserted for antibiotik every 12 hour and Hydrocort for every 6 hour. Blood tests were conducted. Several rounds of Paed's and nurses visit. At 12 noon : her temperature was 37.8°C.

(I jotted down everything here, please excuse this paranoid mom)

I immediately applied for leave from Dato' Boss and notified Khayra's teacher, her daycare and our closed family members.

Hubs came during lunch hour and I went back with my mom to pack things for our hospital use. I came back at 3.00pm and hubs took care of Hafiya at home.

The day marked in my diary - my first day in my life sleeping in the hospital ward for accompanying a patient (sleeping in the ward twice for labour didn't count ya). As the neb and the medicine were scheduled for specific time, we didn't really get proper sleep that night.

We were informed that from the x-ray and blood tests, there was lung infection. However test for Mycoplasma was negative. Khayra has been admitted for 3 days in November, 2013 and had been diagnosed with
Mycoplasma infection. More on Mycoplasma can be read here.

Admitted in 2015

Admitted in 2013 - Mycoplasma infection

Admitted in 2015 - playing with Shopkins :P

Day 2

In the morning - nebulizer was initiated for every 2 hour, PCM for every 6 hour and Hydrocort for every 6 hour.

I went to the office at 10.00am and hubs took turn to accompany Khayra. Met a little 2yo boy at the lift and he asked me to carry him - according to her mom, he was being admitted for kidney's infection and it was his 3rd day in the hospital. When I entered the lift, air mata dah bergenang sebab kesian and at that particular moment I was missing Hafiya badly as I didn't get to see her since we checked in hospital yesterday. Settled a few tasks in the office and went back to Kay Tee Ess during lunch hour.

Paeds visit : still feverish, her lung was in stable condition (before this macam saluran sempit and causing breathing discomfort). Neb was reduced to every 5 hour, PCM for every 6 hour, Prednisolone 3ml and Singulair 4mg in the evening.

Hafiya came for a while during the evening to meet me and she cried loudly when we bid goodbyes T_______T

Since the medications and nebulizer were reduced to a longer time, we had good sleep that night. The drip at Khayra's hand was removed sebab tangan dia bengkak sikit and later on she just took the medicines via syringe.

Day 3

Prednisolone (paru paru) 3ml (corticosteroids)
PCM 4ml
Singulair 4mg
Antibiotik 5ml (Cephalexin 250mg Syrup)
Nebulizer (every 5hour) (ventolin)

Khayra's condition was recovering. Hubs went to see Mrs. W to update on Khayra’s condition and asked on her syllabus. We were discharged from ward after taking neb at 8pm. Having said that we have been scheduled for an outpatient treatment (nebulizer) 3x a day (8am, 4pm and 10pm) for three days and follow up with Paed as soon as the nebulizer’s schedule was completed.

From Paed’s examination, it was concluded that Khayra was diagnosed with “Billateral Bronchopneumonia changes with pulmonary hyperinflation and air bronchogram”. More on Bronchopneumonia can be read here

We were scheduled for next appointment on this coming Sunday and during our previous visit, the Paed gave another antibiotic (Klacid) as Khayra was still having fever (on and off fever).

We wish to thank our family members who always be there for us especially our beloved parents. Thank you for those who called, texted and dropped by to visit Khayra. Thank you for all your prayers.

I missed this Lil Girl, Hafiya a lot during my stayed at Kay Tee Ess. Tahap nangis sikit. Tsk.

Semoga Allah ampunkan dosa-dosa kami kerana anak kecil kami masih suci dari dosa.

Potty Training (PT) - Hafiya

Hai. We are currently going on the phase yang semua parents akan lalui with their children; potty training (PT). Wohoo! *acah-acah suka*

Image : Googled

Hafiya is yet 3yo, nanti bulan Oktober baru genap 3yo. Kami plan nak train masa 3yo so within 2 months before year 2016 rasa dah boleh complete trained (ini plan kami) – in case nak hantar playschool yang mewajibkan dah potty trained, so mudah sikit.

However, for the last 2 weeks – Hafiya macam dah automatic nak buang air dalam toilet. She actually the one who asked for it.

“Ibu / Abah, nak gi toiyet (toilet)”

She told us whenever she needs to go to toilet especially bab buang air besar. Dah 2 minggu Hafiya buang air besar dalam toilet. So cool sebab tak perlu kami train dah. Hehe. Rasa macam dah lepas satu stage yang agak berpeluh kan. Pheww.

The thing is; we do not take this seriously and she is yet to be 100% diaperless. Rasa macam kecil je lagi nak diaperless – and oh my, she’s growing up so fast *sobs* We have a big plan in September, so sebab tu kami lek lek dulu nak train secara serious. We do hope when it comes to the real deal, Hafiya can go through it dengan jayanya. Amin amin amin!

Dulu masa Khayra, kami start train masa 2yo plus juga and by the time nak masuk play school for 3yo – masuk An Nur (tahun 2012 dan wajib dah PT) dia dah completely diaperless waktu siang hari. Malam je kadang kami still pakaikan tapi after 2-3 weeks pakai malam sahaja, dia dah complete boleh tidur terus tanpa accident PROVIDED sebelum tidur wajib pergi toilet. Masa Khayra dulu, kami tak kejutkan malam and masa 2-3 weeks train yang malam sahaja pakai diaper, diaper dia kering je sampai pagi. Oh, tapi Khayra during PT tu about 2-3 months juga kalau nak buang air besar, dia nak diaper, so kami ikutkan saja dulu sebab no rush. At that time, if letak atas toilet pun dia takkan berak unless pakaikan diaper. Memang diaper Khayra dulu ada satu ketika was just meant for berak sahaja. LOL. Stage berjaya buang air besar dalam toilet was when her Mak Ngah bagi present potty Fisher Price yang ada musical semua tu. Lepas tu terus sukses! Hehe.

Hafiya ni pun diaper kering dah dari malam ke pagi, tapi kami bagi chance dulu lah. This hits me sikit sebab when we went through this dulu with Khayra – we were so ready for having another child. Hehe, lek lek. Oh, Khayra dulu masa tengah PT ada 1 kali accident sebab dia cakap nak shi-shi tapi I was busy on the phone, jadi selepas itu selamatlah mengelap dan mengemop lantai sebab dia dah shi-shi. Haha.

One thing on PT Hafiya yang kami akan kenang sampai bila-bila when Hafiya said this:

“Bye bye poo poo. Poo nak jumpa ibu dia, abah dia, kakak dia” … when we flush the toilet together. Haha! :P

So wish us luck with Hafiya soon! :P

Meeting With Mrs. W

As usual when I fetched Khayra from her daycare, she will tell me about her day at school, at daycare, about her friends and I normally will ask about her bekal, about what did she learn in school and about her class teacher, Mrs. W. The normal and usual topics that we will chit chat in the car on our way back.

When we reached home, she will play with her figurine toys, read her books / Iqra or did some simple activity books / crafts before taking her bath and getting ready for dinner. So one day, bila abah dia balik dari kerja, laju je dia bagitau abah dia:

“Abah, esok Mrs. W nak jumpa abah.”

Abah dia macam terkejut sikit. Saya lagilah terkejut sebab sepanjang jalan dari ambil dia, tak ada pulak dia bagitau apa-apa. Terus debbor.

We asked her again to confirm, “What did teacher say, Khayra?” (Nak tahu the exact words. Hahaha)

“Please tell your father that I want to meet him tomorrow”

Ish, tak ke berdebbor kalau cikgu nak jumpa? Mulalah kami fikir macam-macam.

When they were already sleep that night, kami berdua buat post mortem tentang apa tujuan teacher Khayra nak jumpa esoknya ni.

Oh, FYI Mrs. W adalah cikgu kelas Hazri juga masa ditadika tersebut berpuluh tahun dahulu. Kira cikgu turun-temurun gitew. Bahahaha. And she was known as cikgu paling garang. Antara my husband punya main reason tak mahu hantar Khayra sekolah sama sebab risau kalau kena marah dengan Mrs. W sebab dia dah ada pengalaman ngeri dahulu. Hahahaha.

Nak dijadikan cerita juga, masa sesi pendaftaran untuk kelas 6 tahun this year, semua kelas akan reshuffle ikut prestasi masa umur 5 tahun. Kami harap agar Khayra tak akan under kelas Mrs. W sebab risau dia tak kental berada dalam kelas tu sebab cikgu garang dan strict. So masa pergi register, we were searching for Khayra’s name under Teacher Sue’s class and Teacher Ai Ping’s class. Cari punya cari nama Khayra tapi tak ada nama Khayra in both Teacher Sue’s and Teacher Ai Ping’s classes. So we went up to find Khayra’s name sebab ada lagi 1 kelas kat atas i.e 1st class that will be under Mrs. W. So finally we found out that Khayra will be under Mrs. W’s class! Terkejut jugak sekejap. *Sorry, Khayra – we underestimate you.*

Tapi sebenarnya Mrs. W is so nice in person walaupun garang dan strict. Dalam kelas dia ajar sangat laju. For the past four months, diorang dah siapkan quite a few number of activity bboks and reading books and have done with 3/4 of the syllabus.

The reason kita post mortem kenapa Mrs. W nak jumpa – we were quite worried about her prestasi dalam kelas. We were afraid if she could not cope with the instruction or method of teaching atau terlalu laju dan takut dia ketinggalan. Haih, macam-macam fikir malam tu sampai tak boleh tidur! Lulz. Our next theory was about the Sport’s Day fund that we have contributed. We thought because of our fund amount, the teachers wanted to give some appreciation and wanted to ask Hazri to be as one of the gift presenter. LOL. #fikirpositif

The next day, Hazri was having his LPQB assessment so we made a deal that I will go and see Mrs. W that morning. Sepanjang jalan dan dari malam I doa agar Allah permudahkan segala urusan that day. The thing is, we don’t mind kalau kena tukar kelas sekalipun sebab for her own good – tapi kita risau the morning drama nak ke school tu sebab yelah, dia kena face all the unfamiliar faces bila masuk kelas lain dan ini akan mengundang episod pujuk memujuk ke school setiap pagi. #dramapagi

When I went to see Mrs. W, first thing that she said upon seeing me that morning:

“Oh, actually I wanted to see her (Khayra) father, but never mind (and offered me a seat in front of her)”

Sebenarnya dah dup dap dup dap dah ni. Tunggu apa nak keluar dari mulut Mrs. W. Then I explained on the husband’s absence that day and apologized her for any inconveniences.

So this was the main reason why did she want to meet my husband:

“Oh, actually we want him to be MC for our Sport’s Day”

Phewww legaaaa. Hilang rasa peluh dingin. Hahaha. Drama sungguh T______T

So the conversation went along with other issues as well, including Khayra’s performance in class. Mrs. W commented on her handwriting but she added up:

“Maybe in my class – there are a lot of work and she wants to finish everything on time, but I can see that she can write nicely at home (referring to her homework).”

Hahahaha. So I showed her workbook at home and Mrs. W was so impressed that she could remember everything that she taught in class. *Macam nak nangis sikit pun ada masa ni.*

Then, the next thing that Mrs. W commented was regarding her bekal:

“You do it all by yourself? It is very good because in her bekal contains everything; protein and/or carbohydrate, fruits and vitamins. Actually I want to take her bekal and show it to all my other teachers. I am so looking forward to see her bekal everyday. Good effort by a working mom.”

*Nangis dah dalam hati* Rupanya ada orang appreciate :D

So that what was happened when we have to meet her class teacher – and all sorts of dramas and worries before that. Hahaha penat fikir; rupanya nak minta jadi MC je. Heh.
