Activities For Kids (1)

When you are a full time working mom, every Thursday (in my case) is the most awaiting day for me. Hehe. Sebab? Jumaat dan Sabtu boleh duduk dengan anak-anak kat rumah. Weeee!

Tapi being a mom, duduk dirumah means: doing the sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, laundry, cooking and the list goes on. At the same time kena fikir the kids juga sebab inilah masa diorang nak spend time dengan kita.

So I always find some time for them untuk buat activities over the weekends – be it art and craft activities, fine / gross motor skills activities or just doing the activity books or reading together. Oh, they still occupied with main masak-masak, dolls, blocks, figurine toys, main doctor, main mekap dan permainan yang sewaktu dengannya yang tak memerlukan ibu turut serta untuk guide. Itu dah naturally tahu main. Kekekeke.

So here, I have compiled a few activities yang Khayra dan Hafiya selalu buat over the weekend. (#weekendactivity via my instagram)

Ini weekend projects Khayra minggu lepas – buat ladybird, fish dan vegetables stamping. Involve skill menggunting, menampal, mewarna dan mengecop :D

Hafiya dan Khayra dalam proses menyiapkan project fish – they were so excited bila I bagi wiggle eyes and glitters glue untuk tampal kat project diorang :D

 Khayra with her ladybird project – as you can see, that is my Art and Crafts Big Box – tempat di mana tersimpannya segala bentuk bahan-bahan untuk membuat arts and crafts seperti wiggle eyes, pom-pom, stickers, 3D stickers, washi tapes, glitters glue serta lain-lain lagi.

Ini bergambar lepas Hafiya dan Khayra selesai buat fine motor skills activity – masukkan syiling dalam tabung masing-masing – untuk peningkatan daya fokus :P

Fine motor skills activity (or dexterity) – susun pemadam cute ikut group masing-masing. Lama juga Hafiya boleh focus buat activiti ini sebab pemadam yang cute jadi tarikan dan dia excited nak siapkan semua ikut group masing-masing. Teehee. Good job, Hafiya!

Ini aktiviti tak payah ibu ajar – main dengan figurine toys (My Little Pony, Frozen, Princesses, Dora, Sofia The First; just to name a few figurines); their all time favourite! :P
